Lent Groups

Come and See – ‘The Way of Love’

As the Come & See page on the Diocesan website explains:

‘The materials for our Lent Groups build on Christ’s response when asked which commandment is the most important. He answers not with one commandment but with two: you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and soul and mind and strength, and you shall love your neighbour as yourself. Come and See shows how these two commandments can give a rhythm and a shape to our lives. ‘

Each session includes a film from Bishop Steven (our Diocesan Bishop) and a couple of short Bible readings, along with opportunity for discussion, reflection and prayer.

Week 1:   Two ways                          Week 4:   Two trees
Week 2:   Two treasures                   Week 5:   Two buildings
Week 3:   Two tablets                       Week 6:   Two questions

We meet on Mondays starting on 19th February.
Our afternoon group is at 2pm via Zoom
Our evening group is at 7.30pm at The Vicarage, 9 Warwick Close

Please do join us.
