Giving

Everything we have comes from God, and our giving of time, talents and money is part of our grateful response to his love.

'Every person should give what they have decided in their heart to give, not reluctantly, or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.'                                   2 Corinthians chapter 9, verse 7  (NIV)

How you can give regularly to the work of The Good Shepherd

If you support the work of the church and can commit to giving a set amount regularly this helps us manage church finances.  The easiest way for you to do this is by Standing Order from your bank.

Download this leaflet for more details or for information about giving regularly using giving envelopes.

Other ways to give to The Good Shepherd

There are other ways you can give to our church.

imageEasyfundraising

imageEcclesiastical Insurance

Ecclesiastical will make a donation of £130 to your church when you buy household building or contents insurance through them.  Just remember to say that you are a member of The Good Shepherd, Cox Green!

Collecting 5p pieces

Fill our little black pots with 5p pieces - each one holds £2 so once it is full bring it back to us and get another one!

Leaving a Legacy

You can support the church in a lasting way by leaving a legacy in your will.  Download the Legacy Leaflet and Codicil Form for more information or speak to our Vicar, Joan Hicks, in complete confidence.
